We’ve just returned from another fantastic few days at TEKOM Stuttgart 2025, and honestly, it never disappoints. Every year brings its own flavour, and this one definitely had a slightly different vibe. Smaller in size, but big on quality conversations, new insights, and genuine connection. As always, we were there supporting our friends and long-standing partners at FlowDezk, the smart content operations platform that helps organisations streamline and structure their technical documentation workflows. We’ve worked alongside the FlowDezk team at TEKOM for four years now, and each time we’re reminded of just how collaborative, welcoming, and forward-thinking the TEKOM community really is.
This year’s event had a noticeably more curated feel. Footfall may have been lighter, but the visitors who came were truly engaged. People who were there with purpose, questions, and real challenges to talk through. We spent just as much time in meaningful conversations with co-exhibitors and associates as we did with visitors, and the insights that came out of those chats were incredibly valuable. There was a real sense of positivity, too. Even in a shifting industry, the energy around innovation, content quality, and smarter ways of working was unmistakable.
Here are a few highlights from our time in Stuttgart:
If you haven’t visited before, TEKOM is the world’s leading event for technical communication and content professionals. A place where documentation meets innovation, where tools and processes evolve, and where you can’t help but come away inspired. For us, it’s the perfect mix of learning, networking, and supporting partners like FlowDezk as they continue to shape smarter content ecosystems.
We’re already diving into follow-up conversations with the many new contacts we made and are excited to see where those opportunities lead. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared ideas, or simply had a great chat with us. The TEKOM community continues to be one of the most collaborative and forward-thinking spaces in our industry, and we’re proud to be part of it. Until next year, Stuttgart!
