Process

All documents are translated by native speakers whose work is then – if you select this service module – proofread by other translators focusing on the correctness of spelling, grammar, contents, accuracy and style. This procedure significantly contributes to the quality of the resulting translation. If print-ready quality is required, you can purchase our LSO (language sign-off) module, thus making sure your document is submitted to a final check in its final pre-print format before it is printed. Besides human resources, GlobalizeMe also uses CAT (Computer Aided Translation) software. Everything we translate for you is contained in a database which we use for every subsequent job. This method allows us to offer highly consistent quality, shorter lead times and, in some cases, discounts. All your feedback on terminology is immediately entered into a database and used by translators in both current and future jobs.

For larger projects, we also carry out spot checks. This means that the first 10% of a text is subjected to a detailed check to ensure that any problems are corrected at an early stage.

You outsource your language and communication requirements to us because you want to focus on your core competence. You have no time for complicated procedures or details. That is why we strive to combine accuracy, clarity and efficiency. We submit any questions on terminology to an appointed technical contact within your firm by means of a standard form. Deadlines
